Therefore, you can cancel your order only if the restaurant hasn`t started preparing your food yet. If you need to cancel the order because your plans have changed, you have approximately 5 minutes at maximum to inform us by contacting our customer support team by sending an email to support@clickformeal.com or through the "Online Support" link on the top of any page through support chat or by contacting support team or e-mail and we let the restaurant know. If the preperation of your food hasn`t been prepared yet, you have chance to cancel your order.

For each order you give on Clickformeal, you earn CFMoney in some proportions. In some periods, restaurants' CFMoney proportions change. If you follow promotion days, you can earn CFMoney up to 5%.
